Want to be in the cast?
As long as you are an active member of the St Albans Scout District or St Albans Guide Division, and you are 11-25 years old (and in School year 7 or above) we would love to see you at auditions.
How do I apply to audition?
It's easy! Simply complete this online form.
What happens on audition day?
You will have loads of fun! You will be sent a time slot to arrive and you will be with us for about 2.5 hours. We will do some team games, do some basic movement, some singing, and generally have a laugh! You won't have to do any singing or dancing on your own, and you should come away from the session, having a better understanding of what rehearsals are like, learnt a few new skills, and had a good time along the way!
When are auditions?
You can register for auditions for the 2026 show now. They will take place on a Sunday during September 2025.

When are rehearsals?
Putting on a show as complex and as good as the St.Albans Gang Show takes a lot of hard work and commitment. The majority of our rehearsals are on a Wednesday evening from the end of September. From November onwards we will also rehearse on most Sundays. It is a big commitment but we will have loads of laughs and fun along the way - and its a great way of de-stressing from your school/college/work life!
